Depending on where you live, the limited-edition Exige Lotus is rolling out may be called Scura or Stealth.

The Lotus Exige Stealth will be headed for Japan, while the Lotus Exige Scura will be releaed in Europe, Australia, and other select countries. Either Exige would still have a 1.8-liter, inline-4 engine that allows the car to jump from 0 to 60 in 4.0 seconds.

What makes the Stealth/Scura noteworthy is its rubberized matte black finish. The “soft-touch” finish reportedly resists chipping and scratching. Three “phantom black” stripes adorn the car’s exterior.

But, sadly, if you live in the US, neither Scura nor Stealth will be headed your way. Lotus is planning to produce only 35 of these limited-edition beauties, and none of those are destined for US shores.
