Here’s something to look forward to for the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show: Alfa Romeo’s MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde.
Designed as a smaller-sized hatchback, the Quadrifolgio Verde comes equipped with a motor capable of as much as 170 hp. Revving this baby from o to 60 would take roughly 7 seconds. For its transmission system, the Quadrifoglio uses a six-speed dual-clutch gearbox and a customizable suspension system, which allows the drivers to choose how firm they want the dampers to be.
A distinct fascia, sideskirts, and aluminum wheels complete the Quadrifolgio package. Hold your horses, though. This beauty doesn’t go on sale till early 2010. And Fiat’s still thinking about whether or not to introduce the MiTo range to the US.
Let’s all just keep our fingers crossed.
